The following fruits and vegetables are the most contaminated with Pesticides ~ Always Buy Organic:

Apple, Cherries, imported Grapes, Nectarine, Peaches, Pears, Strawberries

Bell Peppers, Carrots, Celery, Kale, Lettuce

These fruits and vegetables contain mid-range pesticide residue ~ Consider Buying Organic:

Bananas, Cantaloupe, Cranberries, Grapefruit, domestic Grapes, Honeydew melons, Oranges, Plums, Raspberries, Tangerines

Collard greens, Cauliflower, Cucumber, Green beans, Pepper, Potato, Mushrooms, Spinach, Summer and winter squash

These fruits and veggies contain the lowest pesticide residue ~ Buy Conventional with less concern:

Kiwi, Mango, Papaya, Pineapple, Watermelon
